Membership terms and conditions
Please read these terms carefully before enrolling. They govern your use of MedLifeLineRx services including membership, medication access, and bill advocacy.
1. Membership Agreement
By enrolling in MedLifeLineRx, you agree to a monthly membership fee of $50 per medication. Your membership begins on the date of enrollment and renews automatically each month until cancelled. You may add or remove medications from your plan at any time by contacting our team.
2. Billing
Membership fees are charged monthly per medication on your plan. All fees are clearly disclosed at enrollment. There are no hidden costs, co-pays, or pharmacy fees beyond the flat monthly rate. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' written notice to active members.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time with no cancellation fees and no long-term commitment. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. To cancel, contact our support team at support@mylifelinerx.com or call 737-787-0948.
4. Service Limitations
MedLifeLineRx is a membership and advocacy service that facilitates access to manufacturer patient assistance programs. We do not dispense medications directly and are not a pharmacy, insurance provider, or healthcare provider. Medication availability depends on manufacturer program eligibility and is not guaranteed.
5. Medical Bill Advocacy
Advocacy services are provided on a best-efforts basis. While our advocates work diligently to negotiate and reduce medical bills, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or savings amounts. Results depend on individual circumstances and the policies of the billing provider or collection agency involved.
6. Eligibility
Our services are available to residents of all 50 United States. There are no income or insurance requirements to join the membership program. Eligibility for specific manufacturer assistance programs may vary and is determined by each manufacturer independently.
7. Liability
MedLifeLineRx is not liable for delays, interruptions, or discontinuation of manufacturer assistance programs outside our control. We are not responsible for any medical decisions made based on information provided through our service. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional for medical advice.
